On July 8-10, with the blessings of His Eminence Archbishop Stylianos and His Grace Bishop Nikandros, members of the Greek Orthodox Christian Society traveled to Adelaide as part of the Society’s Missionary work. The three-day program included presentations of songs and hymns, short sketches, spiritual talks and the selling of Orthodox Christian books at various churches. On Sunday July 10th, groups from the Society visited four parishes to chant in the Divine Liturgy, deliver sermons and present Orthodox books: The Nativity of Christ at Port Adelaide, Prophet Elias at Norwood, Sts Raphael, Nicholas and Irene at Athelstone and St Spyridon at Unley.
